Launched this year, the Network Solution (or NS5) is already deployed on-site at a city-wide district network in the north of England. Its inception marks a new era in large-scale system cleaning.
This is a container-sized, fully automated pre-commission and remedial cleaning system for large-scale closed-loop networks – such as district heating and cooling schemes, data centres and more. With high pressure Hydrosphere® Conditioning Units and inverter driven pumps, with the facility to add more, it is a versatile and powerful piece of kit capable of pumping and cleaning networks up to 600mmØ.

- Comprehensive, fully variable pressure and volume control
- Full system management – including pressure differential and flow monitoring

- Extendable with the use of additional pumps for larger systems
- Built from precision UK stainless steel and rated to 16 bar, and up to 100°C

- Filling rigs: Advanced, automated dosing technology for closed loop systems. Tried and tested on systems across Europe, our rigs ensure that raw water never enters a heating or cooling system – preventing the corrosion process from ever starting.
- Conditioning units: 100% stainless steel and built for ease of use, these filter units ensure that microbiological infection and corroded materials are not introduced back into the system during the cleaning.
- Deaeration technology: The D-Air 8 is a patented, fully automated deaerator engineered to tackle one of the biggest challenges in closed water systems – air.
